This Cupcake Maker Kit by Holstein is such a cute addition to the kitchen. It comes with the cupcake maker, a carrying case, and a small spatula. The carrying case is one of the best things about this kit. It is perfect for bringing the cupcake maker to things like parties and sleepovers. This can be used to make treats for any holiday, event, snacks for school, or even just because you feel like having a cupcake!

The cupcake maker cooks 7 mini cupcakes in about 7-10 minutes. The girls were very excited to try this out, and they were not disappointed!

You simply spray the molds with cooking spray, fill the molds with batter, and close the lid.

We used vanilla and chocolate cake mixes with vanilla frosting. We found that the best way to fill the cupcake molds was to use squeeze bottles. This kept the mess to a minimum and allowed the girls to have better control over dispersing the batter. We were careful not to overfill the molds, but even when that happened it didn’t really cause any problems. Their favorite thing was mixing the cake batter together to make combination cupcakes!

The cupcake maker did get fairly hot so adult assistance was required for removing the cupcakes. Older children would have no trouble removing the cupcakes with the included spatula. On every occasion that the timer would sound they were ready to make another batch! Once the cupcakes had cooled off and were frosted I could barely keep them on the plate long enough to snap a photo! Yummy!
