The Best Sweet and Salty PMS Cupcake Recipe

A PMS Cupcake? Yuppers! This blend of salty goodness along with chocolaty decadence calls to the week a month in every woman’s life where you crave BOTH.

– 1 box of Triple chocolate cake mix – 3 large eggs – 1 ¼ C water – ½ C canola oil – cupcake pan – cupcake liners

CUPCAKE INGREDIENTS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a large bowl, beat together until combined the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with the batter. Put them in the oven and bake for 22 minutes.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING INGREDIENTS:  – 1 C unsalted sweet cream butter, softened – 2 1/2 C powder sugar – 1 tsp vanilla – 1 tbsp ground cinnamon – 3-5 TBSP heavy whipping cream – 1 large piping bag, fitted with a star tip

Make the Frosting and Scoop it into the piping bag and set aside. Bake the brownies per the box instructions.

Cut brownies into squares. Pipe small dollops of frosting onto the brownies. Pile on broken mini pretzel twists. Pipe a ring of frosting onto the top of the cupcake. Carefully place the brownie on top of the frosting. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and then plate them up!
