How to Make the Best S’mores Cupcakes

These s’mores cupcakes are easy to make and taste like that decadent campfire dessert without all the flame.

– 2 C sugar – 1 3/4 C flour – 3/4 C cocoa – 1 tsp baking powder – 1 tsp baking soda – 1 tsp salt – 2 eggs, room temp – 1 C whole milk, room temp – 1/2 C canola oil – 2 tsp vanilla* – 1 C boiling water

CUPCAKE INGREDIENTS:

Make the cupcakes per our ingredients. Let them cool completely before starting to decorate them.

S’mores cupcakes ingredients: – Chocolate cupcakes – 2 graham crackers, crushed fine  S’mores cupcakes frosting ingredients: – 2 egg whites – ½ cup sugar – ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar – ½ teaspoon vanilla

Crush graham crackers, place in small bowl, set them aside.  Make the Marshmallow frosting per our instructions.

Place frosting into piping bag and frost cooled cupcakes.

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top.
