Sinful Chocolate Salted Caramel Cupcakes

Sinfully Delicious  Chocolate Salted Caramel Cupcakes pretty much says it all, doesn’t it?  Start with a boxed chocolate cake mix to save some time.

– 1 C unsalted sweet cream – 3 C + 1/2 C powder sugar – 2 tsp vanilla – 3-5 TBSP heavy whipping cream. – 1/4 tsp sea salt plus 1/8 for later – caramel sauce for drizzle, – Reese’s topping mix pack.

FROSTING  INGREDIENTS:

Sea Salt buttercream Frosting Directions: 1. Beat powder sugar, butter, and sea salt in a bowl.  2. Incorporate the vanilla  3. Add in the heavy whipping cream, and continue to mix until stiff peaks form.  4. Scoop the frosting into a pastry bag with a large tip.

5. Twist the open end of the pastry bag to push the frosting to the tip.  6. Start by frosting on the outside edge of the cupcake working to the center of the cupcake.  7. Drizzle the caramel sauce and then sprinkle the Reese's snack pack.  8. sprinkle some of the remaining sea salt.
